Write down all the tasks you need to complete in a day. E.g. Finish work emails, take the dog for a walk, clear out the garage, watch Netflix.
Now rank them based on importance using a simple traffic light system. Red (vital), Amber (urgent) and Green (neither vital or urgent).
The top 3 tasks on your list should be the most important. And guess what? You should start your day with these tasks.

Achieving your goals doesn’t have to take endless sleepless nights. Plan your work-load and this will help you increase your productivity. Allow a certain amount of time per task and try not to get caught up in the more ‘unproductive’ things. That’s right, put down the TV remote.
