We will be honest, it was difficult for us to find the right words when writing this post, though we felt as a team that it was best to address the matter head on and share our feelings about the current world situation.
It isn’t a secret that the Coronavirus has had an impact on our communities and while we would like to simply act as though it wasn’t something serious, we’d be remiss to ignore what is going on even in our own backyards.
As a close-knit team of staff and Directors, we are taking the necessary precautions we need to, protecting ourselves and our families in these uncertain times. We believe that we have a very special group of people who are dedicated to remaining positive, even in impossible situations.
We also believe in the importance of staying strong as a community and doing our part to help those around us, especially our staff and brand Ambassadors. This is why we’ve decided to increase our Ambassadors’ commission rates to 25% for the month of April as our way of supporting the people who matter to our company. We have also increased the monthly pay to twice a month, hopefully easing which is otherwise a stressful time for everyone.
Our hearts are with everyone who has been affected by this and we would like to say that we, together can make it through. You are continuing to make our journey possible and we offer our sincere thanks from the bottom of our hearts.
